About the Job

ERM is hiring a Senior Consultant, Land Agent, in northern Indiana to support utility project efforts. The Land Agent will be responsible for reviewing right of way agreements, understanding land titles, mapping, licenses, leases, permits and other documents necessary. This can include documents for survey, construction, operations, and maintenance of electric and gas facilities. This position will also include the acquisition of new rights, permits and licenses, as necessary to construct and maintain electric and gas assets. This is a full-time position.
